  • Here are some photos of the holders I made to do the roundover on the neck. I do 2 at a time and just flip everything over. This design takes advantage of the clamps I have on hand.

  • Thats great didn't want to spend too long on it just to sell

I think I will try the router is it on  table

  • I used to use a rasp, followed by files, followed by a lot of sanding! Now I use router with a 1/2, 5/8, or 3/4” roundover bit (depending on the neck) followed by a little sanding. Takes less time and a lot less muscle!

  • Hi how does anybody shape the back of their neck

  • Thanks all for some great comments  where do you all live

  •  Very good-lookin' build, Gavin! Love the layout and choices of the drain-screens. Corner protector on the headstock is a nice unusual detail as well.

    Cheers!

  • You are off to a great start Gavin! Your builds look like you’ve been doing this for a while!

  • Thanks for comment new to building

  • Another beauty! All the elements tie together nicely! Very stylish builds Gavin.
