I would like to share how I sand a neck to get it level. You can tweek the table by putting a board in the middle to make it bow slightly or just flat. I do flat but did some tweeking once to get a slight bow etc. I found a source here in the Philippines to buy the sand paper off a roll. It makes a nice way to sand. Just clamp down the grit you want leave the others grits on. Then I use a nylon scrub brush to clean the sand paper so far works for me. On the front edge of the table I have 400 grit sticky for the finishng grit it is stuck to square tubing the longer your paper the better I think.
