    I guess the Columbus Washboard Company is the only ones the US that still make the things. There's even a festival out in Logan, Ohio that I need to experience someday: http://www.washboardmusicfestival.com/

    Hey cousin.  Washboards are fun.  They really add to a lot of songs.  Hope you get some who can play it with you.  Not all of us can play the things.  I can't!   I have one made in the same factory as yours.
