  • Thanks again David. I’ll try it with a 12v battery clip for 8AA batteries and see how long the batteries last. Try the cheapest way first then try the 9ah battery after if the AA batteries don’t last sufficiently. I’ll let you know how it goes and thanks again :o)

  • Batteries giving a 12v supply would work though I don't know how quickly the amp would drain the batteries.

  • Do you think this could be run using a 12v battery tray with 8xAA batteries, David? If not, maybe a 12v 9ah toy car battery?

  • Thanks David. That sounds like a very light and very doable setup. I shall give it a go and let you know how it sounds. Much appreciated again my friend. :0)

  • The connections for the speakers are simple quick fit types - push the lever down, insert the wire for the speaker and release the lever.

  • Use 2 regular hifi speakers and use regular hifi to speaker hook up wire.  Note the power converter needs to have the orientation shown above where it says DC12v2A.  If you look closely on the wall wart plug they often show this embossed or on the label.

  • Hi Bear,

That is a stereo amplifier that has two channel inputs on the left (red and white audio input) To link to the little bear unit you need. 1/4 Jack to RCA cable.  The guitar signal through the little bear unit is a mono signal so you can get a single 1/4jack to 2 RCA connectors like this one

I am not sure if you can play MP3 at the same time - no harm in giving it a go :0)
