When you cut out the slotted headstock with a router, like me, Vinylhed, then you heave to keep the router bit turn direction in mind, very important! Because this direction "grab" your machine to the left or right side when you work with it, try. When you keep this direction in mind, everything going good (and safe). Think about it. (sorry, my English is too bad to explain it better..)

Nice woodworking skills, it looks smashing. Any tips on cutting the slotted headstock? I've just had a nightmare putting the slots into my new build.
