  • i know :)

  • Damn you stole that thing.

  • I snapped it up for $200, with a kick ass hard case.  They guy who owned it before me told me he had some work done to it by a traditional bluegrass guy up his way (MA).  I believe it, because it is probably one of the slickest playing cigar box guitars I've had the pleasure of playing.  It certainly feels like it was set up by someone who has been setting up bluegrass Martins for 20 years.

He was only selling it because he had picked up a new gibson reso.  Win for me!  I really love this thing.  It's a very different style build than my 6 strings, and I always appreciate a different approach.  Thanks for building it!

  • And thank you so much for the kind words

  • just curious croc, how much did you pay

  • I remember admiring this guitar when I first saw photos (a while ago), and just had the chance to make it mine while traveling. Of course I snapped it up, and don't think I'll be regretting that decision anytime soon!
You make some nice stuff, Jason. This guitar is a true joy to play, and the neck is gorgeous stuff.
  • Real slick. Love the all brown look and the neck is gorgeous. What is a wood burned fret?
  • haha, a beauty with a beauty, I like that.
  • ps, I only gave it 4stars cause you don't give any details! It is a beauty, with a beauty!
  • Excellent job.
