GS the one you made for me is awesome we hooked it up to my old recording equipment and she came right to life it got lots of looks today. Thank you for the work you put in to it and the time you took to explain to me how to build one myself. You have a true passion for bringing back an instrument that was long forgotten and to keeping it has close to traditional has you can.
The Lion (El Leon' Cigar Box), 3-string left handed CBG, Sinker Cypress neck, cherry fretboard. Moved the nice red metallic label from inside lid to bottom of the box (guitar face). Treated the wood box and neck with wood conditioner, linseed oil, and Krylon clear gloss finish. Ox Bone nut & Fretwire Bridge. 500k volume pot, phone jack and disk piezo under the bridge. And it Roars!
