This is very similar to a canjo, what it different on this.. is that it is made from a smoked oysters can (similar to a sardine can). I used pieces of small wooden forks for the frets. It is only one octive scale... but it sound very loud for it's size. The can is mounted on the top of the wood, and the opening faces outwards and projects forward. I call this a TomJo :-) When I get a chance to do so.. it will have a volume pot and a 1/4 jack inside.. as there is plenty of room.
