Made to order only and I would like to have a picture of the box that will be used and the depth of it to assure a proper fit.
I put this one in Jitterbug. The neck will fit in most boxes just by cutting notches for it and gluing it shut. Some other boxes like this one where the lid is inset requires custom fitting.
