This is a 3 String Cigar Box Guitar (CBG) that was built using a 23 inch scale (the distance from the nut to the bridge). This scale was chosen because it is easier to play by people who have smaller hands and short fingers like mine. Seriously, this scale makes it easier to reach the chord patterns for just about everyone.
