Would regular square keystock 1-1/2 or 2 inches work for the nuts and bridges on a CBG? I figure a lot of people use old bolts, so keystock wouldn't be any different. You would just have to cut your slots with the keystock where bolts are pre slotted
What's the best method of cutting down the part of the board for the headstock? I tried to do it with a small hacksaw tonight and almost ruined a perfectly good oak 1x2. I need to shave it down to 9/16ths for my tuner bushings to fit right. About all
