I also use a small delta bandsaw to cut frets, I have it adjusted to as close to 90 degrees as possible, with a stop for depth, and the blade is .023. save a lot of time.

Neat idea for the stop. My saw wont cut a perfect 90 degree up and down at the moment (needs new blade, and a tune up) Thanks for the tips.
