Hi Im new here and have been soaking up info off of the tinternet..I got a DVD from Red Dog guitars and cracked on...well this morning 2.00am I got as much as I could done...it needs a good pick up...Im using a 'Bottle cap' at the moment and that is very good ...tho it does pick up a lot of scuffling..but settles down...and you can put it where it sounds best on the box. I used my pyrography pen on the cigar box and neck...utilising the artwork of of Gary Kelly from the Cover of 'Black Cat Bone' by Patrick Lewis...plus some swirls and stuff. fretting went well-sh..one or two slightly wonky but doesnt affect the tuning..thank god!...I like JU JUs pick ups and Johns at Red dog...thats next!!

Neat, ma man. not a builder myself, but looks good to me :) My granny , 109 , although no spring chicken, has got good taste ( at least when she puts her teeth in!), and was reading over ma shoulder . She said " that is nice wee thing". ( don't like her reading over ma shoulder, specially when I'm on dodgy sites ! Lol But what can you do.
She refuses to go out on the veranda ( I'm 8 floors up), so when push comes to shove, guess gonna have to wait a while for ma inheritance ( the old sods loaded, BTW!) its a hard life, Rab ,ma man ;)

Its tough up on the 8th...substitute the water in the glass by her bed for her teeth to something more age diminishing...or smear each set with impact adhesive!!!.....something will happen!!!
That's an idea, Robert, ma man.At least the adhesieve one. No point trying to poison the auld devil; shes drunk so much Bucky and cheap whisky in her time, nothing drinkable would affect her! Lol Her mother, ma great granny, is worse ! ;)
