Just a few questions. I have found some of the decorative corners used on the edges of the boxes in the back of an old hardware store, but he says that the part is obsolete, so where should I look to get more?
Also, what are (and where do I find) those metal inserts I see in most people's sound holes?

Hey guys, on the topic of sound hole inserts: I have been adding more varieties of larger curtain grommets in my shop. Have several sizes in brass, copper and nickel, and just ordered a 1.5" nickel variety today. I also have smaller standard grommets, and those brass candle cup grommets that are in the photo above. Check out my site: http://www.cbgitty.com/cubecart/index.php?act=viewCat&catId=26
I also have metal box corners in both brass and nickel now.
The corner pieces are in the hardware section usually in the same isle as the cabinet door/ drawer pulls/handles. The grommets are typically with items like rivits and rivit guns in the tool area. I also know you can get grommets at Harbor frieght too. If you want bigger sound hole rings or cups look in the plumbing isle for crumb cups, strainers, and drain covers. If you like the big open look, go to a craft store like Hobby Lobby, or Micheals and look for curtain grommets

Wow thanks.. I guess I shouldn't trust lowes employees. I asked and they told me that they didn't carry anything like that.
Lowes and Home Depot on both accounts. C.B. Gitty also sells them. He's a member here. Look for his ad on the right
