Arrived in NY on wednesday..staying in Manhattan any suggestions for good live blues venues

Also thought I might save the postage on Kenny lee Burgess DVD's

Back home now, had a great time in NY

Sorry to find B.B.Kings a Blues free zone and Terra Blues charges admission.

Have in the past brought home CD's of live acts ( Jon Short,Irving louis Lattin,Ray Schinnery) none on offer this time.

Great night at the Red Lion on Bleeker monday , Ed Sullivans Blues Jam, good trio in Village Lantern.

Learned the rudiments of the Chinese Erhu on Highline park.There's a thought a cigar box Erhu ?
