Forgive the crude and blatant commercial ization . . . . but an unfortunate chain of events over the past few months (which I’ll spare you the details on) have forced Knotlenny into a desperate scrounge for American dollars. I’ve got a few musical items currently up on eBay which nation member might find interesting . . .

    Everything, including the mic is still active right now (1PM EST) ending in the next few hours. . . . . . . Im going to list another hobo harp.

    Glad you're on the mend Hipbone, I'm all over the whole joint replacement scene . . . my wife has had a hell of a time with her (3rd) knee replacement. (Don't ask how you do that with only 2 legs!) In fact, she's in hospital now and been out of work for six months!

    And thanks from the bottom of my heart, but truly, I'm not looking for a handout in any way shape or form.
    A little rough-sledding, but I WILL bounce back stronger than ever!
    In the meantime I've got more oddball gear than I can shake a strum-stick at. Much of it wacky enough that it would only appeal to the likes of you all. haha

    You do get to a certain point in life when you have to face the reality that: "I'm never gonna live long enough to get around to learning how to play the button accordion" or "When the hell am i ever gonna rebuild that friggin condenser mic that's been gathering dust in the closet?" LOL

    So it's time to convert some of it to greenbacks. No sadness in that. It's quite liberating actually.
    and yeah Crow, that's my own Hobo Harp build. Much more stuff to come . . . .

    I was thinking, in stead of buying up Knotlenny's gear ( which I'm sure he hates parting with ) why don't we all just send him a few bucks. I know it doesn't sound like much but if everyone that knows him just sent him a few dollars it would go a long way to help a friend in need. If anyone thinks this sounds like a plan and knows how to start something like that and get the ball rolling, then I'm in for 5 bucks. Like I said, it aint much from me but if 200 people sent 5 bucks that's a grand. I'm not sating everyone has to shell out a five'r, but even a buck or two multiplied would make a difference.
