Went to see the master of the bass guitar last night at a very intimate gig in Llandudno.
What a player and what memories it evoked of the Cream days. He has lost non of his skill and mastery of the bass and his voice was just as strong as it ever was. Awsome gig!

Very funny Shane.....he he (-: ...though black coffee can taste sweeter with a little sugar! The old "God" hasn't done too bad for himself, has he?
Q. What do Eric Clapton and coffee have in common?
A. They both suck without Cream.
I agree Tom but that Warwick thumb bass that Jack plays is beautiful!

No Steve I did not see Cream at the reunion I saw them when they were around first time (yes I am that old!). Had to make do with the DVD set for the 2005 bash. If you haven't seen the gig the DVD's are well worth buying.

You lucky devil Tom, i was a Cream fan but still at school - and Hog did you mean their reunion gigs a few years a go?
The Blues "got" me all those years ago in the 60's....it never lets you go (-;
