I just installed a flat pup - 6 on a Peavy Raptor guitar . Amazing blend of tones.

Superb pickups, easy to fit and sound amazing! (-:

where you fit them has an effect on the sound -

near the bridge = sharp and twangy,

near the neck = warm and bassy

i put two on my main guitar so i wouldn't have to switch amps, each has its own jack socket and volume control! (switches now changed for volume pots)
