Am getting ready to seal the box on my first build.  Can't wait to hear it.  The neck is white oak, the fretboard is red oak.  Will be a 24.5 inch scale.  All the wood in the box is red cedar, top and bottom a little less than than 1/8, and the sides are 1/4.  Thought you might enjoy some pictures at this point. Will take advantage for the knot holes for sound.  Fret markers are inlaid black walnut.  Still have a lot of sanding and finishing on the box. Nut and bridge will be white corian. There will also be an access plate to add electronics.

Thanks for looking, John
