George the site is navigated by the the Tabs at the top of the page, they each have pull down menus, click on them & they will show the different content menus? the way to post a comment is to type everything, then click on the HTML editor, then click the Add comment/reply button? 
To post a pic follow this, add your picture then click on the HTML editor, then click the Add comment/reply?
