General wiring question

Are bullet connectors right out when it comes to wiring guitars? Seems to me they would make things much easier if changing pups.

Soldering just makes things more solid. If you use the bullet connectors you may need to open the CBG up and clean them every so often.

Copy that. What I found on Amazon is some of those computer 3-pin fan connectors, male and female, each wired with black, red, and green wires. Seems like  a  natural to me...

I might be visualizing this incorrectly, but the connectors would be behind the soundboard, and you would have to have a large hole to disconnect and switch out pups.... but I may be thinking of flat pups....

They are not that  big. But I have  lap steel tunnel vision.  I drill holes  so a wired Jack can pass  through,  then use oval plates. I put  the same hole under the  pup into a routed cavity. Those  connectors are not  much  wider than 1/4'
