It's been ages since I've posted any tuition stuff, so here's one I did a while ago. Apologies about the filming & presentation techniques...rambling, not getting my hands in the shot etc. etc. Anyhow, some bare bones stuff on how to play a simple version of one of my favorite old time blues numbers "Trouble in Mind"...with a few tips about playing slide. The guitar is tuned C -G- C, so 032, 024, 016 gauge strings will get you in the zone for this tuning.I learned this from Kent DuChaine; seeing him live, doing a support spot and just listening to his CDs...just getting a bit of a flavour of what he was doing with it, and also inspired by the brilliant Jim Crawford.
