Actually Uncle, the daddy long leg is extremely poisonous. It could kill you if it could bite through your skin. Lucky for us, it has tiny mandibles. Nice shaking there Daddy. I tap my foot when I play. Maybe clown shoes with shakers would work good.
UJ, I know a lady who is so petrified of them that she doesn't leave her house while they're about. She has real phobia, even though they're harmless!!
Thanks guys. Uncle John, yes we do have daddy long legs over here. In September there are thousands of them for just a few days and then they are gone. The name came about because one of my school children called me Daddy Long Legs one day and I thought, "Hey, I'm a Dad, I'm very tall and my name is Les". The rest, as they say, is history!!
Eeek, shrunken heads! Skulls! I am not sure if I can hear the shaker or not. I'm pretty old and hard of hearing. (Luckily I have kept my good looks.) Sounding great, Les. And later in the video I can hear the shaker. Nice.
Do you have daddy long legs spiders over there? Common here. Technically, not a spider, but a pretty neat and harmless to helpful creature. Let me know. I can maybe catch you a dozen and mail them to you.

Good name, Les. Those multi-legged daddys are fine with me if they stay out of the house and off my self.

You're dead cert with that shaker. Works brilliantly. Well done.
