This is a short demo of a Harmonica mic I made using old telephone parts and a stainless steel Tea Egg. Apologies for the naff quality video.Thought a few of you CBG players probably play a bit of blues Harmonica and might like this.

I use cartridge style elements, the harp mic I did here the customer wanted it to look like a large version of one of my wood topped slides that he owns.
I recently found out that you can use cassette tape magnetic heads as guitar pickups. Wired straight in as you would a pup and if the signal is a bit low, just place a small rare earth magnet in front of it and it will boost the signal. You probably already know this, but I thought I'd share it in case you don't :)
