  • Thanks, Carl.  On dulcimer too.  I don't think of myself as a dulcimer player, but it is starting to bring some things out of me.

  • Now that’s some good old timey blues right there!

  • Thanks, Doug.  A lot of one string melody playing like you and your video friends do.  This is a G dulcimer.  I may get around to making one in D.

  • Classic “Uncle John”! Takes me back in time. Raw and real!!! Thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks, Nancy.  I sure like the kitty angels in the pic.

  • Oh I like this one U~John has a solemn sound to it kinda sad and sweet....good fit vocally Meeow^..^8075474098?profile=RESIZE_710x..

  • Thanks, James O.  Thanks Bob.  Yup, old Charlie had good songs and a whole lot of style.  He did kind of lack in diction!

  • A meaningful song Unc J and wonderfully performed.  I believe Charlie H had a distinctive blues singing style and also sang much about the times and state of affairs.  A great showman to boot.

  • Nice playing Uncle John fine performance

  • Thank you, Keith.  You are one of the longest active folks here too.  Maybe even before I started.  I will take a look.  I watch the show some, but missed Friday.
