    Dave , I put Aquila Nylgut strings for another banjo . I love that strings .

    Hard to get nylon banjo strings here too. Classical strings work good.

    Thx for watch Dave Lynas . When I built that banjo , I had no banjo strings , so I put Classical guitar stings . Hard to get Nylon banjo strings in Japan ....

    It does sound great. Mighty good beginner. I like the mellow strings. Ukulelle strings? I like the simple open back design.
