  • that sounds good!!!

  • Keith, uncle john, clock, crimson toad, pinetreejoe, wes, ek, Jeff, roadkill, Phillip

                 thank yall very much for the kind words!!!

  • I hope you realize if that pickup had just seven more wraps around it, it would have opened up a massive black hole and pulled our entire universe into it. That is one mad scientist build. Each time I watch this video I get more and more scared of that thing. Got a guitarist (Strat owner who's not afraid of volume) pal of mine listening to this right now - and she's just staring!

    Woo-hoo is that puppy ever hot!

  • Like i said somewhere else...wwwwWWWWOOOOOOoooooooooo........ I feel better.. now i ve got YOUR blues in my mind, my friend... you are a great great guitar man... I love what you play with that "monster" put in your very nice guitar... i love tone you find.... great work...GREAT JAMES....

    (...I can say I mounted 2 single coils in serial, it makes about 23k, using AWG44 wires and strong magnets,

    but be careful that pickup is listening to you (lol)...°<[:-) [---]==={

  • Really nice. Great tone and so much power.

  • it is extremely hot Jeff 23k.  thats more than 3 times what im use to  my Seymour Duncan is 7k, the channel is Brit combo on  micro cube running to 25 watt solid state. it will get plenty nasty on clean channel . my only experience with humbucker pick ups is 7k, so it takes some learning, to use this one

  • liking that pickup james. are you going thru the clean channel? if so that is one hot puppie

  • 23k? Wow! Talk about an X-Treme wind. That is totally insane. Gets an almost Hammond organ sound with that monster you've got on there. Love it. Do us some more when you get a chance.

  • Great, good sound . I see you made friends with the wild one.

  • Jeeperz James...that was really nice stuff...hafto agree with Keith..little less is really sounds good...
