Thanks again Troy! & Furry Johnson for lending his vocal talents after being awake for about 30hrs on his birthday weekend.Build #3 - Deco Build - 4 stringer tuned as Uke - gcea, Tassie Oak Neck, Piezo under bridge pick-up & Harrison Deco/Bakelite hand wound pick-up, blend pot with bakelite knob, hand dyed 40 year old camel bone bridge & nut, Ukulele tuners with ebony nuts, fretted. Special thanks to Special thanks to Troy Pierce a fellow CBG builder who generously used his awesome playing skills to showcase my builds. Unfortunately the electrics decided to go on strike today so as yet no vid of it though an amp. : (

  • Thanks Guys: Its 1.40am here must get to bed but will not leave questions unanswered. Be, just a loose wire - was not in any fit state to de-string & de-solder and re-solder this morning when this was taken. It took me till 3pm to leave by which time I'm fairly sure I was under the limit...

    John - yep dont know how Furry managed to even remember the words to the song as he'd been up and partying for about 30 hours at this stage... man I wouldnt even be able to remember my own name!!

  • The pretty art deco git sounds good,  good playing, but it's the vocals that grab me on this one.   Like it a lot.  That looks like bourbon on the barrel.
