Custom Swamp Witch 3-string guitar, tuned G-D-g. Crate V16 tube amp on full gain. Lots of distortion, and hard rock bits for pick and Craig Mayhem. Enjoy!

I've tried improvising frets with electric fence wire from Tractor Supply, but only with mediocre results.
Gitty(Ben)'s bargain prices on fretwire are looking better and better. Besides, I can show a Sears & Roebuck catalog as early as 1912 that sold packets of 18 frets made of "German silver" (which I take to be comparable to our nickel silver today.)

PS Ron's skill as a player adds a lot too. Never underestimate the value of a good picker.

lol.... hummm ,, should we tell him they are actually bobby-pins glued flat to the fretboard ?
.. :-D
Love it!
Are those frets "real?"
I thought they were just drawn on, but your pitches are so accurate I'm guessing they're actual fretwire.
You make your point about open tuning. I'm actually hearing thirds in the chords--thanks to your distortion box.
