ED (Bad Finger) That is so true, The riffs just do appear, and dissapear just as quick. I have to make a habit of recording more often. There are so many sessions I wish I had recorded and now are gone forever lol...
Awesome! I have picked up almost all of my riffs the same way. They just appear. Smart getting it on video. I find they vaporize just as mysteriously as they first appear!
Thanks for the comments everybody. Jeff, I am playing through an old Epiphone 30 watt tube amp. Yup I thought it sounded ZZ toppish myself. I used a Yamaha drum machine from the 80's that I picked up at a yard sale. Neanderpaul: there was no bass back up, I kept the bass going with my thumb. Uncle John: I was given my nickname from a co-worker when I was working for an excavating company. My job was to follow the grading machine around and mark the high spots with orange paint so he could get them the next time around. He was the cow and I was his cowbird constantly following him around.
