Recording a song of mine (Which I can't really think of what to call), using my new Zoom H4N.I'm recording my vocals using the Zoom's built in condenser mics and the guitar by using the two inputs on the device. I'm doubling up the guitar by recording directly from the guitar and from the amp with a little reverb via a separate mic.(Oh, for those of you not in the UK. I mention Radio 3 in the song, this is a national BBC station in the UK devoted to serious classical music, avant-garde jazz and live cricket broadcasts.)

Thanks folks. Granted, I've got a way to go to reach the levels of decrepitude most of you old duffers have attained and I'm constantly amazed that the nurses in your respective care homes allow you to operate electrical technology, but I'm seriously falling apart. ;-)
What's worse, I wrote this when I was 40 going on 41, but now I'm 41 going on 42!

Cheers, Turtle, glad to know you could smile at my misfortune. This song isn't meant to be funny, it's a cry for help.
