  I don't wear ink, but I sure understand the love. I tried every cigar box I could get my hands on, and every nice national resonator I could, to try and dissuade me from the siren call of Kurt's instruments. They're pricey but they're worth every penny. I tried one at McCabe's in LA and didn't put it down for 2 hours, then came back the next day and did it again!

  Kurt's the greatest.  I love his instruments so much, I got one tattooed on my arm.

  Hey Silent Jim.. I didn't build it. Master builder Kurt Schoen did. I've played a few cig box's and thought maybe I should try then 2 years ago I played one of Kurt's. It's got a douglas fir neck reinforced with graphite. The intonation on it is freakishly perfect. The response from the cone is quick and well-rounded, and... it just beautiful! Thought about getting it as a Tetrachordo but I'm glad I went to three. Less is more..Thanks for the props fellow cig boxers...
