Yep, this has the look and feel of a well traveled blues guitar Dennis, to kinda use the name of your latest build, the Blues Traveler. This guitar has character, sorta like my face. Nice plate, I have a few that look like that,, the ruster the better, the older ones are steel not aluminum , but sound about the same. Something about a LPG that gives you that old blues sound. Nice playing Richard.

Thanks Derek! Yeah, a little bit heavier box helps this guitar resonate, more on the low side than the high. Hoping to get a thicker deeper sound....back wood, I like that!
Thanks Uncle! Good points! I do have an Iowa plate guitar Dennis Reedy gave me, basically plays itself! I do believe I can play the Ohio down and dirty blues though! I’ll need some of that Ohio Screamin Jay Hawkins attitude!
