The first day of spring must've got me sentimental or something, cause I actually just recorded a Country Love Song (of sorts-lol). This song was originally done by Darryl Rhoades (a very talented comedian / songwriter / musician) and I consider it a brilliant piece of writing. I'm playing an Ohana redwood tenor uke with Clifford Essex gut strings, and the 'Bird' is honking away on a vintage wazoo. Enjoy, and please feel free to comment (good or bad -- I love the feedback!!)

  • great job.........

  • Another cool, funny one Jason. Good playing! Good kazooin'! I'm glad you stopped 'pologizing for the singing - it's perfect for uke and kazoo music!

Yeah RTZ, I'm prefer stuff on homemade instruments but I certainly enjoy stuff done well even if it's on a factory made thing. Hey, it's people in the factory making these by hand (and CNC routers)

  • Redwood the hippies tone wood. Great tune Jason no secret that CBN is not friendly to factory stuff shame really. I all most bought one of the Old Growth Redwood 60th Anniversary Telecasters. Built from reclaimed 100 year old railroad trestle from N. California. regret
