  • It was really cool making this thing...actually fixing it together with plasterboard nails and whittling the neck and pegs with a knife. I wouldn't recommend oak for pegs, they are VERY whippy and I fear I'll snap them off when I turn them..still  they do work and it is tunable. The nut is a bit high, so needs lowering,and I'll try and fettle it so it's properly playable as a fretless guitar, and not just for slide. I recommend taking an hour or so out of your day and having a crack at one.
