Thank you for your feedback Swamp Donkey. I was especially happy about Darren's design based on my suggestions too. It definitely is a quality build for the price. Playing a CBG with it's less strings is a great way to learn and refine your techniques and then when you go back to the 6 string and apply your new skills, it will be a lot easier. I got mine yesterday. Fun, fun, fun. The scale length is a good idea. I've been following your lessons on a 6 string a friend lent me and the 4 fret stretches were beyond me. (The extra strings kept getting in the way also.)

I had no idea that a cigar box could resonate like this. What a bargain, guitar and lessons for $150.

My fingers hurt.
