I agree with you Ray, whistling is a dying art! Only one in the group can whistle to my knowledge and that is Mike in the upper left corner. I think I could whistle as a kid, but it hasn’t proved to be like riding a bike!
Noone in the group can whistle? No surprise, but kinda sad that it seems that whistling is a dying talent. I can't whistle anymore. I used to whistle quite well, but quit due to too many grotesque comments from sophomoric nitwits.
Off my rant. I did like your edition. The original was too sappy for me.
Definitely an upbeat song! Thanks for the link Kale; a delightful rendition of this catchy and sticky tune! All those children’s smiling faces is tough to beat!
"Well Done Again Slingers", I remember when this Catchy Little Tune first came out, Myself, and presumably a lot of other people around the World, would go about their daily business Humming this Song in their Head.
And Yes, I did just check out the Poorness Link, which refreshed my memory of "The Playing For Change" site, which I used to watch all the time, I just Re-Subscibed , Thanx Poorness! :-)

(Chuckling) I hear ya there! There are a lot of things I could do as a kid, that I can't now.

Glad to hear you enjoyed our version Ray! Unfortunately, my whistling is lame, so I go with what I can do and just have fun with it.
Good for you Alan! It was well worth the watch and listen. Thanks for the good words.

Now that is the way it should have been done. Never cared for the original. Thanks!
