  I didn't take it that way, sorry if it sounded like I did. I will try out the "next D" thing. Thank you for the suggestion, and I am glad you guys like it. I will make it electric here sometime soon. I got one of gitty's single coils I hope it doesn't suck too bad but for $6.00 I am not expecting much lol!

  hey man knobody is trying to put you down just help out - the tuner you have is fine just tune the top string up to the next D on the tuner and see what that sounds like

  keep trying mate you will get there i'm sure

  Yeah, more string tension will wake that thing right up. Its not your choice of tuner, its the tuning. Move up a few steps and it will sound good.

  Tuned DAd, via korg tuner. Wow guys is it really that bad? Is there a better tuner I should use? I have had this thing for 15 years. I am to stupid to do it by ear, which makes perfect sense reading my above comment.

  Man what you got the strings tuned too ? looks and sounds as there way under tuned to me - good effort though - but i guarantee it will sound ten times better with the correct tension on the strings :)
