  Thanks John its the first guit I built then I put a fret board on later it's just screwed on the nut is a bit of oak just snapped off and the nut is a very rough bit of bone. I was going to take it to bits and sand oil and make it look purdy but if its not broken don't fix it and I do like it as it is .
