Vocals could be slightly louder, but then the harp goes up too! Harp is just right blending well with the other instruments. Maybe offset the mic away from the center, and sing to the mic.
Vocals need to be a bit louder, but not that much. Guess others won't answer, because they don't want to offend a person. But if one isn't honest with them, then how do they learn.
