Keep an eye out for the Olympic 601/602 radios. They have a transformer and a phono jack so no internal hacking necessary. All you gotta do is make a cable with a phono plug end. Power tube is a 6v6GT with a 6sq7 preamp tube.
Hi John. I’ve still not successfully done a radio conversion. My attempts have failed so far. I’ve looked at the video about it but no luck. I have quite a few radios now. They have piled up. I remain ?
Love that amp. Does it still play radio too? I have not had the courage to try and do one of those. Great looking guitar and very nice pensive and complex music.

Hi, John, no its only amp, once you hack it you over ride the input coming from the antenna..
If you have a am and fm you can hack one side, but this is just am
