Hi Steve - you asked about my 2 stringer - I use a 25 1/2 scale length on all my builds (because I based my first build on measurements taken from a strat!) - makes it easier to work out which strings to use without over stretching them.

Hi Steve sure thing bro - my diddley bows use a 25" scale and the 5th A string from a set of 10's so that would be a 36 gauge - i also use one of my Magnetic Diddley Bow Pickups for the sound and a Solid Chunck of wood in the Cigar Box - so played acoustic they are pretty dead sounding but plug them in and they rock :)
