Trimming a potentiometer shaft.

I've learned here that there are no secrets when it comes to CB building. Here's one I use when trimming the shaft on a potentiometer. I always by long shafts because the wood thickness always varies.I use a cut out from a speaker hole. Then I still the hole so the shaft fits snug. Then I clamp it down with a couple wood screws. Using a dremel with a cut off wheel makes short work of the shaft. If this tip helps even one person then my job is done.
