to be honest i don't know if the soundholes make a lot difference..but i reinforced all of them with pine and some pvc inside so they get all the same kind of toy sounds

They look awesome. I have the same Quality Street tin here and was thinking of making it into a ukelele. Do the sound holes make a difference?
