Thanks, I'll have to check those out. I have thought about using bass pickups, just haven't set it up yet. I have been building in scale of 24.75". Can't remember why I started doing that. Can't to see what you do next.
Thanks Ray! I build almost everything with a 25" scale ever since I created a custom miter box for fretting necks. It has 24 slots spaced perfectly and makes it a breeze to set up a neck. The pickup is half of a bass guitar pickup; I bought it from CB Gitty. It's a single coil design, but it makes TONS of power. I usually half to dial it back to 8/10 if I want to get a clean signal from my amp.
Awesome build. May I ask what scale did you build this too? And what kind of pickup used? Looks like a basic humbucker. Do those put out a good sound for these builds?
