this is my version 2.0, I added an extra pinky hole allowing it to play an octave and a note.

    I'm planning on making an instructable for it, but there's no way to give exact dimensions because the size of the holes are going to be slightly different on each one. It depends on what mouthpiece you have, how thick the pvc is, ect.

    Wow - this is so cool - I want to build one! I saw a DIY book with a squarish looking sax...Is this the same thing mouth piece wise? Please post the dimesions for the holes etc as it is amazing!!!!
