The final product is a three-stringer, tuned to G-d-g open g tuning. It has brass bolt nut and bridge, and I used the pins from the rivet head string cups as fret position markers on the side of the fretboard. I drill a 3/16" hole in the wood, then drove the pin into it and hack sawed it off and filed it down, until each pin was used up. That was a first, and I must say I was pleased with the result!
