    Wow, that's pretty! How does it sound without amplification? Doe's it have a hollow neck? I want to build an acoustic cigarbox lap steel (like the weissenborns), but I'm not sure about the volume.

    Hi Sleeper...
    This is my first Lap Steel Guitar.I had a Humbucker left from my Epiphone SG. Otherwise i take a single coil.
    But for me is it ok...nice lap steel sound

    this looks kick ass...how does the humbucker sound? i am going to do my first lap steel build and am looking at different pickups....
