    Great little video Jim. I don't have a nice table for my sander, but i'll adapt the idea with a homemade knobomatic.

    *a second little bit of scrap with a dowel that you can hold in your hand is great for rounding the top edges over afterwards too ;)

    The blank spins freely on the dowel. I sanded the dowel diameter down enough so the blank spins on it. You turn the blank with your thumb until it is round, then just move the tool towards the sanding disc and it will rotate on its own. It works really well. I got the idea from fellow builder Jim. Just thought I would share a simple way to make knobs.
