It's a floating bridge, so no glue. I think that if your tin can is to thin it will sound more reverby. Mine is pretty thick and it sounds great. Almost like a real wooden uke. I am very pleased with it myself.
This is a very nice uke! Do you glue the bridge down? I ask because I've made a couple of tin ukes and they both sounded very reverb-y (I realise that's not a word!), I think it's the bridge on the tin. Lovely job though!
